All sales are final. Once ordered no cancellation will be accepted. Blinds or Shades can not be returned because of your error in color selection.
Shipping time quoted is a best estimate only. Factory production schedules chance without notice. All colors are subject to dye lot variations. Seller is not responsible for normal dye lot variations.
If you believe your blind/shade to be damaged, contact us within 15 days of receipt of the blind/shade. We will repair or replace the item if we are contacted within the 15 day time period. After the 15 day time period we will not be able to repair or replace the blind or shade.
Prices and policies are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under these conditions and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a FULL credit to your credit card account. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
